"Carnival of Shite" is an unreleased experimental piece by the Rutles. It was recorded on 5 January 1967, after the vocal overdubbing sessions for the song Joe Public. The track was created for The Billion Joint Might and Rage Rave, an event held at the Roundhouse Theatre on 28 January and 4 February 1967. The song is over 10 hours long, and apparently consists of notes later reused in Easy Listening; psychedelic music and noises, the Rutles screaming random phrases like "for the love of god!" and "let's get the hell out of here," as well as the sound of a large fire burning down the studio (live).

When asked upon the possible release of the track, Stig O'Hara was quoted as saying "Oh hell no." The piece was eventually released on the Sgt. Rutter's only Darts Club Band 2017 deluxe box set.
